The Opportunity
* Manage and support a diverse statewide commercial portfolio
* Coordinate maintenance programs, repairs, and compliance requirements
* Oversee contractor performance, tenders, and supplier relationships
* Conduct site inspections and implement proactive maintenance strategies
* Drive the rollout and optimisation of property systems (including FM platforms)
* Monitor budgets, track expenses, and deliver owner reporting
* Assist with capital works, fit‐outs, and safety standards
* Provide leasing and tenant support during peak periods
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years' experience in commercial property, facilities, or project management
* Strong understanding of leases, maintenance, and compliance frameworks
* Excellent organisation, communication, and problem‐solving skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and property systems (FM software experience advantageous)
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
