We are seeking a motivated Farm Hand to join our macadamia orchard team located near Bauple, Queensland. This hands-on role supports the ongoing development and care of the orchards while providing valuable skills and experience within the horticulture industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Complete a range of hands-on farm tasks including general maintenance, repairs, and proactive reporting of safety hazards
* Support seasonal orchard operations including planting, pruning, picking, and harvesting throughout the year
* Operate farm machinery with full on-farm training provided
* Assist with herbicide and pesticide application to promote healthy crop growth
* Follow and uphold work health and safety standards at all times
* Contribute to a positive, productive, and collaborative working environment
What We're Looking For
* Current C-class driver's licence
* Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work variable hours including potential Saturday shifts
* Positive, can-do attitude with a strong teamwork focus
* Strong attention to detail in machinery operation, orchard care, and safety practices
* Previous farm experience advantageous but not essential
* Chemical Users Certificate or qualifications such as Certificate II/III in Rural Studies, Horticulture, or Agriculture (desirable)
