We specialise in providing leading brands in workwear and corporate clothing to businesses, schools, trades, hospitality, health providers and Government. As well as supplying garments, we have a large inhouse branding (embroidery and digital print) service.
**Job Overview:**
The ideal candidate will be part of a high performing retail team, trained to deliver an exceptional customer experience for both our retail and B2B customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Support the Store Manager and Management Team in achieving business objectives
- Assist clients with merchandise selection
- Develop strong commercial relationships with clients
- Contribute to all aspects of retail store operations; serving customers, managing orders, visual merchandising, processing stock etc
**Requirements:**
- Excellent standards in customer service
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills
- Friendly and upbeat demeanour
- Enthusiasm to learn about the workwear and safety industry
- Passion for solving problems and achieving the best outcomes for customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent personal presentation
Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
