You will play a key role in supporting the effective administration and maintenance of QHSE systems and documentation across the business.Support the QHSE function in site and system QHSE Audits, Workplace Assessments and SiteSupport and manage administration of the companies’ QHSE Management SystemsProvide administration support and record management of incident reports and investigations, as requiredMaintain QHSE documentation process including hazard and non- conformance notices, incident reportsMaintain the integrity of QHSE data and recordsAdminister and distribute Corrective Actions arising from audits and support the close outMaintain the Legal Register & ensure accurate communication of updates of legal requirementsComply with all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and procedures relating to the companies’ operationsBe a role model by demonstrating behaviour that is consistent with the QHSE Management System and continually model this behaviour to other Sarah employees, clients, subcontractors and external stakeholders to the businessAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will be driven, flexible, enthusiastic and possess the following qualifications and desirable experience;Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, WHS, or similar.Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.Ability to deal appropriately with sensitive information.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.The PerksWe Believe That Our People Are a Reflection Of Our Service!
