Key Responsibilities:

* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
* Assess participants' function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
* Formulate treatment goals and provide evidence-based interventions to enhance quality of life
* Mentor and nurture early career clinicians
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

Requirements:

* Current general registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A proactive attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
* Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
