As a key player in our organisation, you will be responsible for leading a team of franchisees to drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with Franchise Partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to deliver impactful store visits and develop tailored business development plans.
* Partner with the Retail Operations Lead to conduct regular business reviews and use P&L insights to benchmark store performance, identify opportunities for sales and profit growth, and prepare reports to engage Franchise Partners.
* Visit stores regularly to evaluate execution, compliance, and customer experience, providing timely feedback and collaborating with Franchise Partners on action plans.
* Lead onboarding and post-orientation training for new Franchise Partners and store teams, delivering in-store customer service and product knowledge training to maximise sales potential.
* Liaise with Franchise Partners to execute local store marketing initiatives and support the implementation of the regional retail marketing plan, contributing to new product and promotional launches.
* Collaborate with internal teams to plan, manage, and execute key operational projects and initiatives, championing our social mission by implementing agreed programmes and fostering meaningful connections with local communities.
* Ensure all stores adhere to franchise regulations, food safety, and workplace health standards, overseeing successful implementation of rectification actions, new store openings, and other operational improvement programmes.
Work Environment:
The position requires interstate travel once or twice per quarter. Scoop Shops are open 7 days a week, with morning and evening hours. When required, individuals must be willing to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as per business needs.
Qualifications:
