About the Role
We're looking for aworld-class Video Editorwho leads with creative vision, edits with purpose, and delivers content that drives results — across every platform that matters.
You'll independently create high-performance, viral-ready video content for:
* TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Social media ads and promotional short-form videos
* Thumb-stopping branded content for our campaigns and launches
You will play a key creative role — shaping how our brand connects with new audiences through strategic storytelling and scroll-stopping visuals.
This role is for a serious, full-time creative professional who aligns with our mission, shares our long-term vision, and is ready to grow with us.
This is not a side gig or a stepping stone.

What You'll Do
* Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, social ads) that hook attention in the first 3 seconds
* Create scroll-stopping edits using captions, motion graphics, transitions, effects, and trending audio
* Tailor every cut to platform-specific formats and audience behaviors
* Collaborate with our founder and marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and viral opportunities
Manage multiple video projects while maintaining brand consistency, creative quality, and timely delivery
Who You Are
* You are highly skilled — with a strong portfolio of short-form, social media edits.
* You're an expert in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, and Veed.io.
* You're fast, detail-driven, and passionate about creating high-impact visual content.
* You understand what makes videos go viral — and why.
* You work well independently — and even better with a like-minded team.
* You believe in excellence — and execute without drama.
* You care deeply — about your craft, your team, and the results you deliver.
