Responsibilities:
- Invoicing
- Respond to customer enquiries/issues via phone/email
- Support Customer Transactions: quotes, order processing, and coordinating logistics
- Facilitate Solutions: provide custom solutions that meet customer requirements
- Problem solve using own initiative
- Data management
- Teamwork and effective communication across the business
- Work within Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations
- Demonstrate inclusive behaviour and respect for diverse backgrounds
- Stock control
Requirements:
- Sound computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional telephone and email etiquette
- Reliable team player with a can-do attitude
- Strong data entry and accuracy
- Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills
- Customer Service experience with client focus
- Solid experience in a rapid-paced and demanding role
- Prior experience in a logistics environment
