Your new role
In this role your duties will include, but not limited too;
* Accurately enter and maintain project data, generate daily and weekly reports, and assist with tracking project costs and budgets.
* Provide administrative support to Site Supervisors, Project Managers, and clients, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
* Support day-to-day site operations by assisting with scheduling, resource coordination, and maintaining efficient site workflows.
* Maintain and organise project records, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and site requirements.
* Assist with project documentation such as meeting minutes, purchase orders, timesheets, and progress updates.
* Coordinate and follow up on site deliveries, pickups, and general tasks that contribute to seamless on-site operations.
* Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require the following;
* Current Drivers' Licence
* Exceptional communication skills
* Strong knowledge of the local mining industry
* High level of productivity and attention to detail
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or within a team
* Proficient in MS Suites with strong capabilities in Excel & spreadsheets
* Pre-existing administration and planning experience in a similar industry

The successful candidate will be offered an immediate start based in the Rockhampton Region. Enjoy the benefits of an attractive annual rate of $75,000 - $80,000 per annum plus super. Full time, Permanent Position available.
