**Your responsibilities will include**:
- As the UH-60M Training Services Manager at Oakey, you will manage and oversee the UH-60M maintenance training system. This includes ensuring the system operates efficiently and meets the standards required by the Australian Army. This role acts as the Senior Instructor (SI) for the UH60M Wing and reports directly to the Australian Army Part 147 Training Manager, ensuring that all training activities align with the Army's goals and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Lead all aspects of the UH-60M maintenance training system.
- Manage communication between the UH-60M Wing and the Australian Army Part 147 Training Manager.
- Deliver regular reports on the performance and progress of the maintenance training system.
- Work closely with other departments and units within the Australian Army and Lockheed Martin to ensure seamless integration of training efforts.
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers as needed to support the maintenance training system.
- Manage both Lockheed Martin Australia (LMA) and Commonwealth of Australia (CoA) personnel assigned to the UH-60M Wing.
- Oversee the performance, development, and welfare of the training team.
- Tasking and functional management of the training team.
**About you**:
- You will have extensive experience in project management with demonstrated experience in delivery of large-scale aircraft maintenance services including training, and hold a relevant tertiary qualification as well as a cert IV Training and Assessment.
To be successful in this role you will also have:
- Demonstrated knowledge of DASR Part 147 and Part 66 regulations.
- Extensive practical experience with all facets of SADL and the ADDIE learning development model.
- Excellent knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS).
- Significant experience with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
- Substantial experience with e-learning platforms.
- Significant experience in a military training environment.
**Special Requirements**:
- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-in statable NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this.
The location of the role will be at Oakey, QLD.
