This role oversees staff supervision, workload management, and effective service delivery, ensuring program compliance and a strong regional carer focus. Working collaboratively with the CSS management team, the Team Leader contributes to regional service development, strategic planning, and responses to emerging sector needs. The position plays a key role in maintaining CSS's reputation as a leading carer support provider across the Loddon Mallee region delivering services under Carer Gateway, Support for Carers and Commonwealth Home Support Program Respite programs.rnThis part-time role reports to the CSS Manager and is based in either the Swan Hill or Mildura sites.
