Executive Assistant - Banking and Financial Services
Join our Banking Product and Treasury team, where we create lasting value for our communities, clients, and people. As an Executive Assistant in our Banking and Financial Services Group, you will be an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team, directly driving outcomes.
This is an 8‑month contract.

What role will you play?
In this dynamic role, you will be the central point of contact for a broad range of operational and administrative needs. You will support three Directors and their teams by managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel. You will also organize internal and external events, from small gatherings to large‑scale functions. Acting as a key resource for the operations team, you will identify and solve administrative challenges, manage communications and administration tasks, and ensure a seamless experience for team members during onboarding, off‑boarding, and training. You will work closely with other EAs on joint initiatives.
