**The Role**:
The Mechanical Coordinator is a key role in supporting our operations by combining service coordination, the provision of hands-on technical expertise and customer service support. In this position, you will be responsible for managing productivity and customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Business Development
- Creating new and working with
- existing client relationships
- Coordinating and organising teams of Mechanical Fitters for daily operations
- Managing resources for planned work
- Planning, scoping, and executing jobs to the highest standard
- Liaising with customers and contractors
- Promoting and monitoring OH&S and quality compliance, ensuring each job meets customer expectations
- Identifying and acting on business improvement and development opportunities
**About you**:
- Proven experience in a similar Coordinator or Field Service role
- Demonstrated understanding of mechanical conveyor maintenance
- Self-starter with exceptional organisational and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills to produce procedures and reports
- C Class Licence
