About the Position
This is a senior academic leadership opportunity to shape and advance Interprofessional Education (IPE) across the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine at Bond University. As Interprofessional Education Lead, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to embed innovative, student-centered interprofessional learning that prepares graduates for collaborative health practice.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with students, academic, professional, industry and community partners to strengthen Bond's distinctive approach to personalised education and workforce readiness.
* Build staff capability and collaboration through development initiatives and curriculum partnerships.
* Drive evaluation, quality assurance and continuous improvement to meet university and professional accreditation expectations.
* Champion equity, inclusion and culturally safe practice, including the integration of First Nations perspectives.
* Provide senior academic leadership, mentor colleagues and contribute to Faculty-wide initiatives, quality processes and accreditation activities.
Qualifications
* Doctoral qualification in a relevant health or education discipline, with appropriate professional registration or association membership.
* Demonstrated experience leading, designing and embedding interprofessional or cross-disciplinary learning within complex academic environments, with the ability to drive change and build shared ownership across disciplines.
* Strong record of curriculum innovation, teaching excellence and applied scholarship, using evidence-based approaches to enhance educational quality, student outcomes and continuous improvement.
* Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a genuine commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and culturally safe practice.
Compensation
Salary commences at $189,734.53 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
