Join our Public Investments Central Product team and be exposed to a variety of product-related tasks, with a particular focus on supporting the investment disclosure document production process. You will work closely with and support the team's Senior Manager and assist co-ordinating cross-team projects.

What role will you play?
You will lead the ongoing management and enhancement of our public investments business's suite of disclosure documents and related communications to deliver a robust disclosure document review process. You will be responsible for planning disclosure updates in collaboration with key stakeholders, including developing project timelines at the outset of each roll ensuring they are accurate, complete and compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of disclosure documents and related activities and provide guidance on the structure of disclosure documents and the content itself.

You will co-ordinate a team of subject matter experts in product, marketing, investment specialists, finance, investment risk, operations, compliance and legal to prepare clear and concise descriptions of investment product features and strategies, and partner with marketing and web teams on the publishing of disclosure documents and associated collateral. You will also manage key communication initiatives which can include significant event notices and legislative and/or product-related updates.

What You Offer

* A strong understanding of financial products and disclosure requirements with at least three years' demonstrated experience
* Degree educated in a relevant field such as economics or finance
* Proficiency in the use of Objective Keystone preferred
* Ability to be collaborative, organised and co-ordinate multiple priorities with competing deadlines and meet tight timeframes
* Exemplary attention to detail with excellent communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
