Due to continuous growth & expansion they are looking to add a Customer Service Specialist to the team based in Eagle Farm. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work in a team with a strong focus on supporting key accounts, and process & compliance excellence. T he Role Your main responsibilities will include: Act as the key point of contact for customers and overseas partners, providing timely shipment updates Handle order entry, shipment tracking, and status reporting through CargoWise Prepare and issue accurate quotes, sourcing competitive rates from agents and carriers Coordinate closely with customs brokers, airlines, shipping lines, and transport providers to ensure smooth delivery Maintain accurate customer and vendor records within internal systems Monitor shipments proactively, managing delays or exceptions to keep clients informed Build strong client relationships through reliable service and consistent communication Your Experience Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in freight forwarding Relationship-building skills and strong communication abilities Exceptional attention to detail, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is highly regarded If you are interested please hit the "apply" button.
