Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients with activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity
* Assist clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, fostering a sense of community and belonging
* Deliver care in accordance with client care plans developed by registered nurses, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
* Meet client safety needs and use equipment safely and properly, minimizing risks and hazards
* Maintain accurate and thorough records and documentation, supporting continuity of care and service excellence
Requirements
* Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support, or Disability, or equivalent industry experience
* National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector) and Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion and NDIS Clearance
