Property Manager - Commercial

The role:
Knight Frank Newcastle is seeking someone highly detailed, organised and passionate to join our team. A great role for someone with a background in residential real estate, or commercial facilities management.
As a Property Manager with Knight Frank, ideally you will be passionate about property, well versed in multi-tasking and have demonstrated high attention to detail. The role is based in our Parry Street Office, Newcastle West.
To be successful you will;
* Excellent personal and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Current driver's license and own vehicle is essential.
* Strong Excel skills, excellent numeracy skills and have a high attention to detail.
* Previous use of Property Management systems / software is highly regarded.
* Ability to build and foster key relationships and a desire to work in a team orientated environment.
* Have experience in either property management or a property related field with a developing knowledge of commercial leasing fundamentals, legislation, procedures and terminology.
* Hold qualifications as an Assistant Agent and be working towards, or willing to gain a Class 2 Real Estate License (preferred).
