About the Company This is an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to look after a large portfolio of properties. Our client is within the healthcare sector, owning several properties across VIC, NSW and SA. About the Role As the Property Manager, you will look after lease management, property maintenance, and facilities across the organisation's properties. You will have excellent time-management, organisation and communication skills, capable of dealing with competing priorities. You will look for cost-effective solutions to solve maintenance issues, and feel confident negotiating with contractors. This role is full-time, based fully on-site. Duties As the Property Manager, your duties will include: Managing leases for sub-tenants. Maintaining the lease register and oversee lease documentation. Overseeing contractor arrangements, negotiating when required and reviewing contracts in place. Conducting building inspections and adhering to workplace health and safety policies. Coordinating building renovations, repairs and fit-outs. Acting as the first point of contact for tenants regarding any building maintenance issues. Working within budgets, sourcing cost-effective solutions to facilities issues. Skills & Experience To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have: Experience in Property or Facilities Management. Experience with contract management.
