Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our People and Culture team in a fractional 3-day per week role. As part of our Melbourne office, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical consultants with a focus on AWS technology and environments.
* Engage, pipeline, and recruit top technical consultants who have expertise in the AWS stack
* Talent pool management and ongoing network growth
* Spearhead employee experience processes and events
About You:
The ideal candidate will have extensive IT recruitment experience in an agency or internal environment. They must possess proven management skills ensuring high-quality candidate experiences throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. You should also be proactive with excellent communication skills for building strong relationships across your network.
