Exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a leading global company in Western Sydney.
**You will be responsible**:
- Develop detailed proposals for maintenance programs
- Manage the contract and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements
- Possess a very high level of customer service and maintain relationships with committee members, key stake holders, contractors
- Primary contact for technical and maintenance services
- Preparation of detailed Monthly reports
- Manage preventative and reactive Building maintenance
- Identify and assess building issues on site
- Essential services management including HVAC, lifts and fire safety
- Manage building related financial costs
- Work closely with the team regarding any property and defect management functions
**About you**:
- Experience managing all site plant and equipment of a commercial building
- Previous Facilities/ Building Management experience
- Qualifies in a Trade or Engineering
- Experience using QA, OH&S and environmental systems
- Management experience in large scale maintenance activities
- Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Strong work ethic
