Job Opening
We are currently seeking a Project Engineer with experience in pipeline construction projects who is interested in transitioning into a career as an Estimator.
Responsibilities
* Tendering estimation for engineering works, e.g. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) take-offs
* Generating and evaluating cost estimates and budgets for strategic construction tenders
* Analysing construction contracts and identifying potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
* Preparing and managing draft project execution schedules, including tracking progress and identifying potential delays
* Conducting supplier, sub‑contractor and material enquiries and analysing findings
* Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, vendors, JV partners, and sub‑contractors
* Presenting reports and findings to stakeholders, including executive management and clients
