Job Description:
As a Counter Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:
* Identifying and growing sales opportunities to exceed set targets
* Managing phone, email, and counter sales in a busy environment
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Proactively identifying potential growth for both existing and new customers
* Providing accurate parts interpretation and product knowledge to clients
* Proposing strategies to improve efficiency and increase sales
* Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
About You:
* Experience in spare parts interpretation (highly regarded but not essential)
* A strong mechanical aptitude as this role requires learning mechanical parts, reading manuals, etc.
* A proactive work ethic with a 'can-do' attitude
* Strong administrative skills and experience with ERP systems (MYOB preferred)
* Excellent communication and time management skills
