**Primary responsibilities include, but are not confined to**:
- Listing and selling properties
- Engaging in prospecting and cold calling
- Communicating with vendors and buyers
- Conducting open for inspections
- Coordinating with solicitors
- Implementing property marketing strategies
- Driving business development efforts
**Essential characteristics for a successful Salesperson**:
- Minimum 3 years in Real Estate Sales
- A current Agent's Representative certificate
- A Car & Drivers Licence
- Ambition to succeed
- Patient, positive attitude and great people skills
- Self-motivated, knowledgeable and self-disciplined
