In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, income reconciliations, and liaising with multiple hospitality venues to ensure accurate and timely financial processing. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys variety in their work. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Receive and process invoices from multiple venues. Process weekly invoices every Wednesday and monthly invoices as required. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies directly with suppliers. Accounts Receivable Receive and process debtor paperwork from venues. Process debtors on a monthly basis. Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely receipts. Income Reconciliation Accurately process income into the system. Investigate and reconcile unusual or outstanding transactions. General Collaborate effectively within the accounts team. Manage accounts for a number of hospitality venues. Communicate regularly with venue managers and liaise with other departments. Ensure all deadlines are met in line with business requirements. About You: Previous experience in accounts payable and/or receivable. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams. Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
