ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Yard Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy yard. This is a hands‐on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team, and ensuring our trade and retail customers receive safe, efficient, and friendly service.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
* Supervise daily yard operations to ensure safe, efficient, and well‐organised workflows.
* Lead, coach, and support yard team members
* Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
* Coordinate loading, unloading, and storage of materials and stock.
* Provide exceptional customer service to our trade and retail customers.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, safety, and productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
* Physically fit with the ability to safely lift loads and manually handle goods.
* Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a high level of accuracy.
* Reliable, organised, and able to lead by example.
* Forklift Licence (LF) Essential
