About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will focus on a targeted geographic territory for High Production Printing in Commercial Printing, Service Bureau's, Corporate In-Plants, and Specialty Printing environments. This sales role requires promoting, selling, and supporting Canon/Océ solutions to customers and prospects within a specific geographic area through key account management.


Your Impact

1. Engage key executives and decision-makers to identify and develop customer business needs by promoting Canon/Océ solutions.
2. Develop productive business relationships and provide superior dedicated support to existing and new customers to add value to their productivity and profitability goals.
3. Grow your territory by adding competitive replacements and net new accounts.
4. Create and manage short-term and long-term strategies to position our products and services for a long-term commitment.
5. Demonstrate drive and resilience to meet established targets and acceptable levels of sales activities.
6. Develop proposals outlining unique customer business applications, pricing, and implementation plans.
7. Coordinate service and software support, and establish necessary resources for each account.
8. Utilize internal resources (product specialists, solutions engineers, and technicians) to effectively present Canon/Océ solutions.
9. Ensure consistent behavior in strategic direction for each account.


About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience.
2. Experience selling business-to-business Production Printing equipment or related capital equipment.
3. Experience in selling Capital Equipment to C-level decision-makers.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Possess strong business and financial analytical skills.
6. Able to demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills in relaying ideas, information, and solutions in an engaging and confident manner.
7. Strong territory management skills with proven success identifying potential customers and applications.
8. Flexible to adapt to changes as needed to maximize success.
9. Strong consultative solution-selling skills.
10. Excellent time management, listening, and interpersonal skills.
11. Will travel throughout assigned territory, including flying to additional cities, and occasional overnights (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).

This role requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
