Join Our Team – Experienced Lawyer (Commercial Litigation Focus)
We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our team on a 6–12 month contract, with a primary focus on Commercial Litigation, and exposure to Criminal Law and Family Law matters.
About the role:
* Running and assisting on commercial litigation matters, including disputes, debt recovery, and court appearances
* Handling criminal law matters
* Assisting with family law matters (basic experience required)
* Drafting pleadings, affidavits, and court documents
* Liaising with clients, counsel, and courts
* Managing files with autonomy and professionalism
About you:
* Admitted to practice in NSW
* Strong experience in Commercial Litigation (essential)
* Experience in Criminal Law
* Basic experience in Family Law
* Strong advocacy, drafting, and communication skills
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
