GOUGH Recruitment is the leading Real Estate and Property Recruiter with over 80+ employees across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Have you ever considered using your experience in administration/reception, property/real estate and transferring into another industry? This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and aspiring individual that is ready start their successful recruitment career.

Due to an internal move, this role has become available to sit within our national Temporary/Contracting Recruitment team where no two days will be the same. As such, you will take over a successful and established temporary desk, whilst learning & being mentored from successful Consultants and Talent Managers with long tenures at Gough. We also provide you with all the tools, systems and support every step of the way along with on the job training.

Ultimately, you will be involved in partnering with new & existing clients to identify temporary/contract needs, and then source and refer quality staff for a variety of recruitment assignments.

This pivotal position works closely with a variety of internal & external stakeholders to source high calibre temporary/contracting staff currently working in the industry as well as new prospects moving into the industry.
