Clinics Program Coordinator - Parental Leave Cover

Role: full-time (1.0 FTE) fixed-term, one-year Parental Leave Cover position to commence mid-March 2026. Lead the planning and coordination of activities that support key initiatives and deliverables across Curtin's operated clinics.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate clinic activities to support learning experiences for students and service delivery across Curtin-operated clinics.
* Operate with autonomy under broad direction from senior management to ensure high-quality, safe learning experiences.
* Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement with strategic planning and hands-on coordination.
* Work flexibly across Clinics to meet operational needs during clinic hours (Bentley Campus; 8 am–4 pm, Monday to Friday) and as required.
Selection Criteria / Qualifications
* Professional qualification in a relevant Health Sciences discipline with considerable experience in a university and/or health care environment; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of curriculum, learning and assessment software applications; provide interpretation, advice and guidance on implementation.
* Demonstrated project management skills to coordinate and implement project plans to achieve outcomes.
* Ability to gather, collate, interrogate, and report on data.
* Highly effective verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build relationships with colleagues and external parties at all levels.
* High-level written communication skills to draft and prepare reports and other documentation.
* Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience in a tertiary environment and recent practice coordination or practice management experience.
* Experience in leadership and supervision of staff and students.
Role Requirements
* Current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this fixed-term role.
* National Police Clearance, and background, integrity, and reference checks to Curtin's satisfaction.
* Up-to-date Working with Children Check.
* A level of fitness commensurate with the position.
* Ability to work outside of normal office hours when required.
