Community Psychiatric Nurse

The closing date is 14 April 2026

Croydon Community Mental Health Service (CMHT) has undergone service transformation to enhance the quality of our service delivery, improve the experiences of those using our services, maintain staff morale and ensure services meet the NHS Long Term Plan. It is an exciting time to be part of this transformation in Croydon, with investment in resources supporting improved ways of working. The Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) is a generic team integrated with Croydon Social Care, working with all adults experiencing severe and enduring mental illness.

The teams are no longer based on diagnosis and work with individuals from a locality who have mental health needs that require secondary care support. Croydon CMHT has three localities: NORTH, CENTRAL and SOUTH. Our Locality Teams are highly experienced, supportive and multidisciplinary. We are looking for enthusiastic care coordinators who will grow with the locality teams from Nursing, Social Work and OT professional backgrounds.
