SUPPORT AT HOME OFFICER
Permanent Part-time Position – Based in Yarrawonga

At MHA Care, we pride ourselves on delivering quality aged care services that empower individuals to live independently at home. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Support at Home (SAH) Officer to join our team in Yarrawonga.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the SAH Officer plays a vital role in supporting the Support at Home team and broader organisation. This is permanent part-time administrative position (0.6FTE or 22.8 hours a week) contributing to the effective delivery of aged care services by managing client records, coordinating referrals, assisting with care documentation, and liaising with service providers. Working days can be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for client referrals and enquiries.
* Maintain accurate client records and prepare care plans, agreements, and support documentation.
* Assist with contractor and invoice administration.
* Coordinate service delivery and communicate with clients, team members, and external providers.
* Support quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide backfill and administrative support to the wider team when required.
What You'll Bring:
* Significant administrative experience.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
* Understanding of aged care programs and quality standards.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Requirements:
* Current Police Check
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid Driver's License
* Previous experience in community services or aged care is desirable
