Hays and the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) team have partnered in the search for Senior Analysts, across Insights and Analytics Manager.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
Work on data assets that assist in our credit risk decisioning process.
Work with a range of stakeholders across various domains, from Data and Analytics, to Product, Risk and Technology.
Solve complex problems and assist in devising the most appropriate solution for each situation.
Leverage your sound understanding of Banking and Financial products.
Create analytical outcomes that can be automated/scheduled and meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Produce accurate work, reliable results, meet tight deadlines, and plan and prioritise workflow.
Support the development of your fellow team members in their data and analytics journey.

Experience working in Remediation and Payments is a plus.
Contribution to either build or optimise data assets used for business decision making.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
A well-demonstrated Insights and Analytics background, including:
Proven experience in delivering complex projects using SQL tools, such as Teradata SQL.
A keen eye for manipulating data.
Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrated by examples of concrete steps taken to ensure accuracy of results and data quality.
An interest in developing not only their skills, but also of those around them, in a collaborative and constructive manner.
A keen interest in keeping up to date with latest data trends and technologies.
An inquisitive approach – someone who is able to challenge assumptions and contribute with ideas for improvement of processes.
Good understanding of dashboard design best practices.
Experience with administration of BI Servers (such as Tableau or Power BI) is well regarded.
Experience with other languages such as Python or SAS, or tools such as Alteryx is well regarded.
Experience working in an Agile environment, or knowledge of Agile methodology.
