We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to fill the role of Depot and Fleet Support Officer. In this position, you will play a vital part in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our depot.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Plant & Depot Manager with tasks such as conducting monthly inspections, cleaning equipment, and performing minor repairs on plant and vehicles.
* Coordinate servicing and repairs with the Plant/Depot Manager, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
* Manage pool vehicle bookings, key control, and enter vehicle usage data into the Uniqco system.
* Lodge insurance claims and liaise with internal departments.
Requirements:
* National Police Clearance
* Current C-Class Driver's Licence
* White Card
* Ability to pass required medical assessments
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Knowledge of procurement and administrative processes
* Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
* Experience with record keeping
