Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to deliver high-quality payroll services in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have exceptional numeracy, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Process accurate and timely payroll functions in compliance with relevant legislation, awards, agreements, and policies.
* Provide administrative support in an efficient and timely manner.
* Offer high standards of customer service and support to both internal and external clients.
* Maintain systems support, including data entry and extraction for employee details, rostering, and time sheets.
* Support business improvement processes.
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Payroll Administration, Business, HR, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience working in a high-volume end-to-end payroll environment and well-developed understanding of payroll practices.
* Experience using ERP systems.
* Excellent organisational, time management, and administrative skills, with a proven ability to effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
* Capacity to work autonomously and independently with high work ethics.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive material/issues with tact and strict confidentiality.
