The Role
As a Recreation Attendant, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service within Crown’s 5-star luxury hotel pool and spa environment.
In this role, you’ll create joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. Your responsibilities will include:
* Actively supervising and monitoring the pool to ensure safe and appropriate use of the facilities.
* Maintaining the pool and gym areas, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and inviting — including replenishing linen, towels, and amenities.
* Providing high-quality customer service and assisting with basic food and beverage service.
About You
You’ll bring:
* Previous experience in customer service and lifeguarding.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
To be successful, you must have:
* A valid Lifeguard Certificate
* A current First Aid Certificate
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or a willingness to obtain one
