Financial Operations Manager
This role is responsible for overseeing the financial management of a resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing finances, preparing periodic reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage resort finances, including banking, accounts payable, stock control, and point of sale set up and management.
* Prepare and submit BAS, Payroll tax, PAYG, and Work Cover lodgements.
* Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain records.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
* Accounting, Business, or Commerce degree preferable.
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to use initiative.
