Senior Operations Manager – Disability ServicesMy client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality services across multiple residential disability support locations in the region. This full-time role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional participant outcomes.About the Role:As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple service leaders and their teams, ensuring excellence in care, compliance, staff engagement, and operational performance. You will be instrumental in setting up and launching new residential support sites, developing operational frameworks, and driving improvements across the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead the setup and integration of new residential sites, including recruitment and operational readinessMentor and support Service Leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality support servicesDrive compliance with NDIS requirements and internal quality standardsMonitor and manage operational budgets, occupancy, workforce planning, and resource utilisationAct as a senior escalation point for incident management, WHS compliance, and property mattersBuild and nurture key external relationships with referral sources and support providersChampion a values-based culture, aligned with participant-centred care principlesAbout You:You are an experienced operations leader with strong knowledge of the disability services sector and the NDIS. You bring a people-first approach, a track record in service excellence, and experience managing multi-site operations.
