Process Excellence Leader
About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

* Champion best practice in process engineering and EHSQ excellence, ensuring compliance and a proactive safety culture.
* Identify and deliver improvement opportunities, including initiatives to reduce emissions and optimise energy use.
* Lead investigations and root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement and learnings.
* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure best practice operations and knowledge sharing.
* Support capital projects from concept to execution.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in process engineering or a related field.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* The ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
* Experience with process design and implementation.
* A proven track record of delivering business improvement initiatives.
