About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Project/Office Administrator to join the team at SA Designer Homes in Croydon Park, SA. This can be a Full-time or Part-time position and will provide crucial administrative and project support to ensure the smooth running of our busy office and Residential construction projects.

What you'll be doing

* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the project management and construction teams
* Assisting with the coordination of schedules, meetings, and project documentation
* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation
* Managing inventory and ordering of office supplies
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as required
* Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
* Performing other general office duties as needed
* Preparation of Contract, PC and Handover Documentation
* Scheduling / Liaising with client selections

What we're looking for

* Experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in the construction or building industry
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
* Experience in Builders Software (Jack App, Build Exact) - Preferred but not essential
* Must have Australian work rights as visa sponsorship is not available
* Minimum Year 12 completion required
* Flexible hours available for part-time arrangements
