**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role would suit someone who has demonstrated experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support and ability to work with a range of complex administrative and corporate systems.

**YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist the team in providing support for strategic projects
- Promote the adoption of best practice for finance, human resource management and IT systems
- Oversee the correspondence activity, briefing notes, submissions and reports to ensure timely and accurate responses
- Ensure the accuracy and cogency of proposed advice and recommendations and undertake quality control
- Manage and contribute to the Division's business planning and corporate reporting activity
- Identify management issues, research emergent trends and assess implications
- Act as a reference point for the Executive Director inquiries
- Develop recommendations to ensure that the Executive Director is aware of any issues
- Continually review and improve administrative and record management policy
- Represent the Division at meetings attended by stakeholders at a similar level
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Double vaccination certificate
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or proven experience is highly regarded
- Government experience would be favorable
