SAP ePPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management)
This initiative replaces Project Online (POL) with an SAP‑based solution built on the Business Technology Platform (BTP). The new platform supports the full project lifecycle, starting from the initial intake stage ("ideas") through to project delivery and closure. It incorporates functionality such as checklists, registers (including risks and issues), business case and change request approval workflows, and the PSR processes currently managed in POL. The program will also decommission Noveco, with all project forecasting and financial management capabilities transitioning into the SAP environment. These financial insights will be presented through SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planner.
This role focuses on troubleshooting, access management, and ensuring a smooth transition into steady‑state support.
Key Responsibilities
* BTP Platform Support Diagnose and resolve connectivity, configuration, and performance issues within the SAP Business Technology Platform.
* Integration Suite Troubleshooting Identify and fix connectivity or integration failures across SAP Integration Suite, including APIs, iFlows, adapters, and endpoint connections.
* Event Mesh Support Address connectivity, message delivery, subscription, and queue‑related issues in SAP Event Mesh.
* SAP Build Work Zone Support Resolve connectivity, authentication, and workspace access issues within SAP Build Work Zone.
* SAC Planner Support Troubleshoot connectivity and data synchronisation issues related to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planner.
* User Access & Security Management Manage user provisioning, access controls, and security configurations across all platforms listed above.
* Authorisation Roles & Assignments Create, maintain, and support authorisation roles, ensuring correct assignments and compliance with organisational security standards.
* Transition to Operational Support Assist in knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness activities to enable smooth handover to ongoing support teams.
