Facilities Management Roles
We are seeking reliable and skilled individuals to join our team in a variety of facilities management roles. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our sites.
Job Description:
The successful candidates will work as part of a dynamic team, providing a high level of service to our clients and stakeholders. This will include maintaining a clean and safe working environment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
In addition to these duties, the role will also involve working with others to identify and implement process improvements, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Commercial Cleaning Experience: You will have experience in commercial cleaning, including wiping, scrubbing, and disinfecting surfaces, and utilising a range of materials and equipment to clean various areas.
* Maintenance and Groundskeeping: You will have knowledge of maintenance and groundskeeping practices, including operating general maintenance and grounds equipment, mowing, whipper snipping, minor fence repairs, and graffiti removal.
* Handyperson/General Maintenance: You will have experience in a similar role, working in a general maintenance/facilities maintenance type role, responding to service requests for building maintenance, and having good communication skills with a flexible approach.
* Physical Requirements: You will be physically fit, able to travel throughout the North of Brisbane and Sunshine Coast, and hold a current driver's license.
