**About the role**
The Systems and Support Officer provides high quality customer service in a timely manner to new and existing clients, providing cost effective solutions for a broad range of inquiries, while supporting the Austal values.

- Recognize and Control Risk
- Reporting up to Management

**_Required Skills / Experience / Attributes:_**
- Hold a Construction safety induction (white card)
- Minimum 3 Years' experience in Sales / Support role
- A Cert III in Business Administration or similar experience
- Customer Service experience
- Strong organisational skills, highly flexible and ability to multi task

**_Desirable _**
- Experience in Estimation and Quotation writing
- Knowledge of systems engineering standards and processes
- Logistics knowledge and experience
- Experience in shipbuilding and maintenance of commercial and or defence vessels
- Understanding of financial accounting and cost control practices and reporting
