As a Project Coordinator based in Mackay, you will play a key role in delivering technical, estimating, contractual, and quality support across our construction projects. You'll be responsible for planning resources, promoting industry best practices, and ensuring operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide technical support and coordinate resources for project delivery.
* Oversee financial performance assessments and forecasts.
* Deliver Contract Quality Representative (CQR) services.
* Promote RPQ Group's goods and services.
* Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration compliance.
* Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Uphold RPQ's values in safety, quality, environment, and community.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Minimum 2 years' experience in civil construction.
* Expertise in spray seal, asphalt, stabilisation mix designs, and road pavement technology.
* Strong understanding of construction specifications and materials testing.
* Proven experience in project estimation and financial forecasting.
* High-level communication skills and a commitment to ethical standards.
* Knowledge of State and Local government contract management.
* Safety-first mindset with relevant inductions and certifications.
