Gold Coast Equine Clinic isn’t just another vet clinic, we’re an equine-exclusive facility looking to redefine the standard of veterinary care.
We’re looking for a Veterinary Front Of House Manager who thrives in precision, pace and professionalism - not someone who just answers phones, but the person who controls the pulse of the business and gives every single client the 10/10 service we are looking to provide.
The Role
You’ll be the central point between clients, vets and operations - the voice clients trust and the first impression that defines their experience.
This is not an entry-level admin job, it’s the front line of a high-performing equine veterinary team, so we are looking for someone spectacular.
What your day looks like:
Managing bookings via Vision VPM and Google Calendar
Understanding our billing processes, creating invoices and taking payments.
Coordinating on-site, ambulatory and emergency appointments
Communicating with clients, vets and suppliers with clarity and confidence
Maintaining smooth clinic flow under pressure
Upholding confidentiality, compliance and professional presentation at all times.

You love talking to people and helping them resolve their concerns
You thrive off being busy, being challenged and multi-tasking
What the ideal applicant will be able to bring to GCEC:
An extensive customer service background
Ideally prior veterinary or medical reception experience
Mastery of phone and client communication
The ability to multitask with accuracy in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
A professional, calm and decisive presence when things get busy
A high level of computer literacy and organisational efficiency
A mindset that aligns with performance, positivity and a “can do” attitude.
