People and Culture Coordinator - M&A - Maternity Leave

The Role
Due to growth, we're seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support a range of Merger & Acquisition projects in this newly created full-time, 12 month fixed-term role. As part of this role, interstate travel may be required to support on‑site induction for M&A activities.
You will play a key role in managing our HRIS - Dayforce for M&A projects, ensuring seamless transitions for incoming teams while maintaining compliance. This is a great opportunity for a motivated P&C professional to build M&A experience in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee HRIS delivery for M&A employee transitions
* Manage contract generation and deployment for new team members
* Provide advice and guidance on Company policies and procedures
* Accurately create employment profiles in line with system requirements
* Conduct quality assurance for HRIS integration and resolve issues
* Deliver basic HRIS training to managers and employees
* Support employees with queries throughout the M&A lifecycle
About you:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline
* 2+ years in a similar P&C Advisor or Administrator role
* HRIS administration experience (Dayforce highly advantageous)
* Knowledge of Modern Awards, NES, and Fair Work legislation
* Understanding of the Nurses Award and/or HPSS Award (advantageous)
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Prior M&A or healthcare experience (advantageous but not essential)
