We are seeking passionate and experienced retail managers at our Platypus Stores in Cairns. Whether you're an experienced retail leader or someone who thrives behind the scenes in stock - we want to hear from you!
The role & responsibilities:
* Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Drive store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control & shrinkage
* Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve KPIs
* Receive and process high volumes of stock efficiently
* Maintain stockroom organisation and in-store presentation
* Assist on the shop floor and support the team as needed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Passion for customer service and a strong understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture
* Experience in retail, leadership, or stockroom operations is a bonus
* A motivated & driven 'Make it Happen' attitude
* Flexible availability to work across a full-time roster, including weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
