DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS:
We're Hiring Barbers – 3 Positions Available
Join our vibrant team at VALI GROUP, where style meets skill! We’re looking for three talented Barbers who are passionate about modern and classic hair trends.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and shaves tailored to each client’s style and preferences
· Apply advanced colouring techniques and chemical treatments including keratin smoothing and permanent straightening
· Create contemporary and classic hairstyles using professional tools and products
· Consult with clients to recommend styles and treatments based on hair type and facial features
· Mentor junior staff and assist with training to support team development
· Manage bookings and maintain accurate client records
· Promote and upsell hair care products and salon services
· Ensure the salon is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
· Provide exceptional customer service—from greeting clients to offering refreshments
· Contribute to marketing efforts including flyer distribution and client retention initiatives
· Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve your skills through training
Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:
Education: Certificate III + 2 years on job training or Certificate IV
Australian Experience: At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR
Overseas Experience: At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience
Specialist: Barber
Work Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder
