Purpose of the Position
Paras Corporate Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team across multiple Perth locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall control and management of restaurant operations, coordinating staff and resources to deliver an efficient, profitable, and high-quality customer service experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Organise daily restaurant operations, including seasonal promotions and special functions.
* Plan menus in consultation with Chefs and Cooks.
* Monitor the quality of restaurant services and dishes at all times, using customer feedback to maintain high operational standards.
* Monitor food preparation and health and safety practices to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints and assess feedback to support continuous service improvement.
* Greet customers and assist with taking orders as required to deliver a high level of customer service.
* Work closely with the Director to develop sales forecasts and monitor expenditure in line with budget limitations.
* Organise daily and weekly staff rosters.
* Manage recruitment activities, including staff selection, training, supervision, and performance management to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure financial transactions are managed accurately and efficiently.
* Undertake daily and monthly banking and prepare budget and financial reports.
Qualifications and Experience
* Australian Diploma or Advanced Diploma (or higher), with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant full-time work experience; or
* A minimum of 3 years of relevant full-time work experience where no formal qualification is held.
Skills Required
* Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a dynamic restaurant team.
* Strong capability in overseeing daily operations, inventory, and cost control.
* Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer feedback effectively.
* Experience managing budgets and driving business profitability.
* Strong coordination skills to ensure smooth collaboration between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
